Samsung new wearable Gear S4

Image
There aren’t many Samsung Gear S4 rumors yet, but a few have started to emerge, including a patent spotted by Russian site 3Dnews, which talks about a camera with an optical zoom, that oddly seems to be built into the middle of the watch face. The patent also highlights a strap with a screen on it, giving you shortcuts to your apps, rather than having to swipe through the tiny display on the watch face to find them.

LG V20 Quad Dac makes AKG, Beets or Boom Sound to think once again

Image
This B&o Headphone with the combination of LG V20 makes a new bench mark which makes all sound producers to think once... LG has been really pushing forward in the audio game lately, bringing the first 32-bit DAC to smartphones with their G5 ‘Friends’ accessory, while the G5 already had an in-house 24-bit DAC. Now they are back with the V20, with what they claim is the first mobile Quad DAC . I’m going to dive in below to see if the Quad DAC is just a buzzword marketing-term, or if it is actually useful and noticeable in everyday use. Regardless of the outcome, the LG V20 is a pretty awesome phone.

PDAF Explained..!

Image
Phase detection auto focus splits the image into two 'copies', then adjusts the lens elements until the two images 'merge', ie until they're in phase. Its main advantage is speed. This differs from contrast detection AF, which phones and mirrorless cameras use. Imagine a black square on a white background on a screen. When it's perfectly in focus, at the edge you will find black pixels immediately next to white pixels - high contrast. If you defocus, you will get a transition from black, through grey, to white - low contrast. The camera adjusts the lens for maximum contrast at edges. These days the CDAF systems in mirrorless cameras are really excellent and are starting to give phase detection a run for its money. They also have other advantages like focus peaking.

Why one plus Dash charging Technology is soo fast..!

Image
From a broader perspective, Dash Charge on the OnePlus  is not all that different. Just like other quick-charging solutions, it starts by delivering a massive amount of power to the battery, gradually reducing the rate of charge as the cell is filled up. Where it sets itself apart, however, is in the way power is being sent from the charger to the phone. Quick Charge – the aforementioned technology by Qualcomm, used in recent Samsung, LG, HTC and Moto phones – applies higher voltage to increase the flow of power. Dash Charge, on the other hand, uses greater current. Both solutions get the job done, but they come with a few notable strengths and weaknesses.

In fact, only he and Snap Inc. co-founder Bobby Murphy are the only ones who can make major decisions for the company so public backers don't have any say about it, even if they wanted to.

Best Rugged solid toughed durable Smartphone 2017

Image
For those with a demanding job or lifestyle with constant exposure to environmental hazards, a rugged smartphone with military-grade protection may be the best option. A rugged smartphone is also a smart choice to use as a second phone when traveling. They are waterproof and can withstand submersion in shallow water for a limited time. When using a rugged smartphone, keep in mind that while these phones have been tested to military specified standards, care should still be taken as glass screens are not immune to cracking, and drop test ratings do not guarantee you will always have the same results. Here are the best rugged smartphones for 2017 that are available unlocked. The following phones will work on GSM carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile but not CDMA carriers like Sprint and Verizon. What Is the Difference Between AR and VR?

Image
Augmented and virtual reality have one big thing in common. They both have the remarkable ability to alter our perception of the world. Where they differ, is the perception of our presence. Virtual reality is able to transpose the user. In other words, bring us some place else. Through closed visors or goggles, VR blocks out the room and puts our presence elsewhere. Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, Google Cardboard, these are names you may have heard about by now. But if you haven't tried virtual reality since that one arcade in the 80's, be ready to be blown away by how far it's come. Putting a VR headset over your eyes will leave you blind to the current world, but will expand your senses with experiences within. The immersion is actually quite dramatic, with some users reporting feelings of movement as they ascend a staircase or ride a rollercoaster within the virtual environment. Augmented reality however, takes our current reality and adds somethi...
